See Ålesund at your own pace with this bus tour offering stops in the city's most interesting places! 

Take your seat on an open-top bus and listen to your audio guide (pre-recorded commentary in 8 languages) to discover the history of the sites and monuments you pass, thanks to the panoramic views from the bus.

This complete tour allows you get on and off at numerous stops in ideal locations around the city. You will get the chance to go to Ålesund's best attractions such as Fjellstua, the Atlanterhavsparken aquarium, the City Museum, the Sunnmøre Museum, Ålesund Church or the Rica Park.

  • Availability: every day from April to September (excluding exceptional dates)
  • Duration: 24-hour pass
  • Tour duration: 70 minutes (full circuit without leaving the bus)
  • Languages: audio guides available in English, French, German, Japanese, Italian, Norwegian, Russian or Spanish
  • Times: a bus will serve each stop every 30 mins from 9:00am to 4pm
  • Point of departure: to start your tour simply go to one of the many stops and present your booking voucher to the bus driver. See "Itinerary" document for a detailed map. A route map is also available in most of Ålesund's hotels
  • You may use your pass on any day within the 12 months following the date indicated upon booking
  • Your ticket will be valid for 24 hours. So, if you start your tour at 2:00pm, it will be valid until the same time on the next day
