During this traditional cooking class, you'll learn how to prepare a real Jordanian feast. With the support of a local chef you will spend 2 hours in a small group in a restaurant located in one of Amman's oldest districts.
You will whip up a main course, a side dish, a salad and a dessert. Step by step, your chef will show you how to make mouthwatering Jordanian dishes and give you lots of advice, on both preparing the dishes and presenting the plates.
He will also teach you more about Jordanian gastronomy. He'll also share his secrets for choosing local, seasonal produce, which he picks up at the market during the day. Once your meal is ready, you'll sit down at the table and share your home-cooked meal together in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
