• The tour ends at the Sagrada Familia Basilica
• The Sagrada Familia is not accessible to people with reduced mobility
• Photographs are permitted for this activity
• If you are late, the group will not wait for you and no refund will be made.
• Tripods and umbrellas are not permitted inside the basilica. However, you may bring your rucksack (or large handbag), which will be subject to a security check at the entrance
• The tour itinerary may be changed due to work being carried out in the Basilica, without any refund being given
• In the event of large crowds, waiting times may vary between the Basilica and the guided tour of the museum
• The visit includes access to the Passion Tower
• In the event of overcrowding and due to limited lift capacity, waiting times may vary between the Basilica and the guided tour of the museum
• The lifts may not be accessible in bad weather or in cases of force majeure
• The descent from the towers may have to be made on foot
• Children under the age of 6, unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 and people suffering from dizziness or cardiovascular problems are not permitted to climb the towers
