  • Luggage is limited to one hold bag and one cabin bag per passenger. For any additional luggage, a supplement will be charged for the rental of an additional vehicle
  • The cars are not equipped to transport disabled passengers. If required, please contact our partner and they will organise a suitable transfer at no extra cost
  • Please note that for arrivals between 9 pm and 6 am, a 10% surcharge will be issued on arrival
  • In the event that your flight is delayed, the driver will wait for you for 1 hour free of charge. After this time, you'll be charged an additional fee
  • Please note that in the event that you cannot find your driver and decide to make your own way to your hotel in Cali, no refunds will be issued
