Escape to the heart of nature on a private half-day guided tour of Cajas National Park!
You'll head to Cajas National Park, located less than 30 minutes from Cuenca, directly from your hotel. Once you arrive, you'll begin with a walk to the Loma de Tres Cruces pass, which boasts panoramic views of the Andes.
Next, visit the interpretation centre, which offers an extensive overview of the national park. Set off on a hike to the Toreadora Lagoon with your guide to uncover the natural treasures of the park, and take the time to admire the numerous valleys formed by glaciers as well as hundreds of mountain lakes. The national park is also home to over 150 bird species and nearly 145 plant species.
A packed lunch will be provided. Dig into some typical Ecuadorian food and relax on the ride back to your hotel at the end of your visit.
