Discover Assisi and its famous basilica, and enjoy a chocolate tasting in Perugia during a 1-day tour from Florence!
You will meet your multilingual guide in the center of Florence, and you will take off for a discovery journey of Tuscany.
You will start by the visit of the medieval city of Assisi which overlooks the entire valley. A guide will lead you on a complete tour of the historic centre and the impressive Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi (Basilica Papale di San Francesco). You will also discover the Santa Chiara church. Enjoy some free time exploring the town centre at your own pace, after which you'll visit the church of Santa Maria degli Angeli.
You will then head off to Perugia, where you'll have time to wonder through the narrow streets, admiring the churches and the many fountains of the historic centre.
You will end your day with a chocolate tasting, before heading back to Florence.
