  • Attention, your hotel must be located within a radius of 3km from Santa Maria Novella train station
  • The suggested pick-up time at the hotel to reach the airport is about 3:00 before your flight departure, please choose the pick-up time according to your flight schedule
  • Florence airport opens at 4:00 am, we advise you not to book before 3:30 am
  • You can bring one hand luggage and one suitcase maximum per person. Oversized luggage such as surfboards or bicycles may be subject to restrictions
  • The duration is about 30 minutes but is approximate, it can vary depending on the time and traffic 
  • Child seats are available on request, an extra € 5 will have to be paid in cash to the driver at the airport
  • Vehicles may not accommodate folding wheelchairs
  • Vehicles are accessible to strollers and service animals
  • Infants should sit on a person’s lap
  • If the flight is diverted to Pisa or Bologna airport, the reserved transfer will not be insured and no refund will be made
  • In case of flight delay, the transfer is ensured up to one hour delay from the expected arrival time
  • If the delay exceeds one hour, the transfer will not be insured and no refund will be made
  • If the day flight is delayed to a night schedule (from 9pm to 7am), you will have to pay an extra of 20€ to the driver at the airport
