The Open Water Course is a complete course leading to a certificate. Thanks to this program, you will rapidly become comfortable in underwater environments. The educational approach of SSI is fun and based on positive reinforcement and a progressive step-by-step learning method that will ensure you feel comfortable and at ease.
The program begins by teaching the basic techniques in secure surroundings, in very shallow depths and sheltered from waves. Once familiar with each of these exercises, you will immerse yourself in natural environments to repeat what you have learned in deeper depths.
At the end of this training course, you will be able to dive accompanied with your partner up to 18 metres underwater. Course contents are standardized, guaranteeing a consistent quality of teachings which will be immediately identified wherever you go. In addition, your diploma will be valid for life.
