Truly famous, the former Auschwitz Birkenau concentration camp must remain in the memory of each and every one of us, today it's an unmissable visit on a trip to Poland.

You'll enjoy a transfer from your accommodation in Krakow and reach the site of Auschwitz Birkenau, in around an hour. You'll meet your professional guide at the entrance to the Auschwitz Birkenau concentration camp and set off to discover this place steeped in history. The guide will explain the history of the camp and the daily life of the deportees. You'll also be able to see the prisoners' "barracks", listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site, as well as the roads, fences, control towers and railroad lines that have been preserved.

After an emotional visit, you'll be driven back to your accommodation in Krakow.

  • Travel time from Krakow to Auschwitz is estimated at around 01h30

  • When booking, you must pass on the first names, full surnames and telephone numbers of all participants
  • You will need to show proof of identity on arrival at Auschwitz Birkenau
  • You are not allowed to enter the museum with bulky bags. The maximum size allowed is 20x30cm. If you have a larger bag, you will have to leave it on the bus, but neither the driver, nor our partner, nor Ceetiz will be responsible for your bag

  • Following Polish legislation, the professional guides who provide tours of the Auschwitz Birkenau museum are all exclusively managed by the museum itself, and not by our partner or Ceetiz. Depending on the day, the professional guide may be able to provide the tour in several languages. For example, if you have chosen a guided tour in French, the guide may speak French and Italian during the tour. In very rare cases, the tour may not take place in the chosen language, in which case you will receive compensation from our partner as well as a full paper guide in the original language
  • The Auschwitz Birkenau Museum has been preserved in its original state. The floors have some irregularities, and are therefore not suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs
  • Much of the tour takes place outdoors, so be sure to dress for the weather
  • We advise you to wear comfortable shoes
  • In order to respect the places you visit and their history, we remind you that a certain discretion is required. It is therefore forbidden to eat, smoke, shout or take photos with a flash. You won't be able to take photos in certain parts of the museum.
  • Due to the events that took place at Auschwitz Birkenau, some places and images may shock people, especially children
