Helicopter Flight: Las Vegas by Night – Optional VIP transport

When you make your booking, you will be asked to choose one of the following options:

• Flight only: you will make your own way to McCarran Airport in Las Vegas to enjoy your helicopter ride
• Flight with VIP transport: a limousine will pick you up from your hotel to take you to McCarran Airport for your flight. You will then be taken to your hotel by van. Please note that transport will be shared with other participants

• Availability: every day (excluding December 31 and exceptional dates)
• Duration: 12-minute flight approx. (2 hours in total with the VIP transfer option)
• Departure point: McCarran Airport or your hotel in Las Vegas (optional return transport in a van)
• Times: variable depending on the day and the season. Flights generally take place between 5:45pm and 9:15pm. There are flights until 10:45pm in the summer. The exact time of your flight will be sent to you with your confirmation
• Languages: commentary by the pilot in English
• The flight will take place aboard an EC-130 helicopter. This model is 23% larger than the standard model and can carry up to 7 passengers. It is equipped with comfortable, individual seats and offers passengers better visibility and significant noise reduction
• Participants weighing more than 125kg/275lbs must book 2 seats to ensure comfort and the even distribution of weight onboard the aircraft
• A fuel supplement of $20 per person is applied to this flight. By request of the service provider, this supplement is to be paid in cash on the day
• Please note that transport in the van to and from the airport will be in the company of other passengers
• The tour is subject to cancellation if the weather conditions are very bad. In this case, a refund or an alternative date will be proposed
• In order to board the helicopter, each passenger must present valid proof of identity
