Discover the famous Hoover Dam on a small-group excursion from Las Vegas!

Hoover Dam is one of the largest dams in the world. This gigantic construction profoundly altered the landscape of the region, leading to the formation of Lake Mead.

You'll be picked up directly from your Las Vegas hotel and taken aboard a comfortable minivan. In a small group, you'll discover this famous dam overlooking Lake Mead, one of the world's largest man-made lakes.

You will be able to enjoy wonderful views over the lake, the canyon and the bridge. After this wonderful visit, you will stop off at little park where mountain sheep come to graze. Then you will be dropped off back at your hotel.

  • Availability: everyday (besides exceptional dates)
  • Departure time: Tour starts at 8am. A shuttle will collect you from your hotel between 7am and 8am, exact time will be reconfirmed after booking
     
  • Depending on the number of participants, you will travel in a luxury 4x4 with 6 other passengers or in a minibus with 12 or 13 passengers. All vehicles are well-equipped (HD TV, reclining seats, cushions and covers, large windows etc.) and very comfortable.
  • Your guide is extremely well-informed about the region and its history, so don't hesitate to ask questions!
  • It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
  • For reasons of comfort and weight distribution on board the helicopter, anyone booking the option 'Trip with helicopter flight' and weighing over 113.5 kg (250lbs) will have to pay a supplementary fee of $75 (this fee is payable at your destination and is out of our jurisdiction)
  • The trip may be cancelled in the case of very poor weather conditions. In this instance a  refund will be given.
