When you make your booking, you will be asked to choose your seating category from the following:

• Category B (best seats available for reservation)

• Category C

• Category D

You will receive the best available seats in your chosen category

• To collect your tickets for this Cirque du Soleil® show, you will need to present your voucher at MGM Grand at least an hour before show starts. Once this deadline has passed, any tickets which have not been collected will be cancelled.
• Duration: 1 hour 30 mins approx.
• Start times: 7pm or 9:30pm (start times for December 31 only: 4:30pm and 7:30pm)
• Entry to the show may be refused if the tickets have been in any way damaged, rendered illegible or copied
• Dress code: smart (no shorts, no open shoes)
• Customers will begin to be seated 1 hour before the show starts. We ask that you get to the auditorium at least 30 minutes before the show begins – anyone arriving after this time is not guaranteed a seat and may be refused entry

• Availability: every night except Thursday and Friday (and apart from exceptional dates)
• During peak periods it may be impossible to book entry to the show in advance

Important booking information

• Bookings cannot be made more than 120 days in advance
• Bookings must be made at least 5 days before the desired date
• If you would like to offer this activity as a gift or if you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must give their name as the lead client
• Only the person whose name is listed as the lead client will be able to collect the tickets. This name will be on your confirmation voucher and you will be asked to provide identification when you collect your tickets.
• To check the availability for any given show, you will need to try making a booking. No money will be debited from your card if the booking is not confirmed

Further information:

• Children under 5 will not be admitted to the show; due to the content and language used, the show is also not recommended for under 12s.
• These shows are accessible to wheelchair users, but if you or one of your party is a wheelchair user, please inform the venue in advance
