This trip in a luxury 4x4 takes you into the heart of the Mojave desert to discover the spectacular Valley of Fire. Made up of rocks, dunes and sand, the state park extends for miles in an exceptional visual show.

Your vehicle will collect you from your hotel and you'll set out on your journey through some exceptionally beautiful scenery. Along the way, your guide will teach you about the history and culture of the Native American tribes who live in the park. You will also call in at the Visitor Center where some wonderful exhibitions await you.

During the course of the trip, you will leave the beaten tourist tracks to travel on paths protected from human activity. In particular, you will visit Rainbow Vista, Atatl Tock and Fire Canyon. Formed by water, wind and the passage of time, the park's dunes and rocky peaks present truly incredible shapes and colours.

At the end of this spectacular tour, you will be taken back to your hotel.

  • Duration: 6 hours approx.
  • Departure time: 9am approx. A shuttle will collect you from your  hotel (service available only for hotels in Las Vegas only)
  • It is imperative to call the tour operator before your trip to confirm the precise meeting time and place for your pick-up. Your hotel reception can make this call (number indicated on your voucher)
  • To participate in this activity you will need to present your voucher to the tour operator on the day
  • All vehicles are air conditioned and specially equipped to carry 10 passengers.
  • Each tour's capacity is capped at 10 people in order to ensure a direct contact with the guide
  • Comfortable clothing and footwear recommended
  • Your guide is well-informed about geology, history, natural sciences – don't hesitate to ask questions!
  • It is recommended that you wear comfortable shoes and clothing
  • The tour may be cancelled if there is only one participant or in the case of very poor weather conditions. In this instance a refund will be given
  • Children under 3 are not allowed on this tour
  • Wheelchair users can take part in this tour if they have a folding chair and are accompanied by another adult
