Taste several port wines in one of the oldest port houses: Taylor's Port, in the centre of Lisbon!
Go to Taylor's Port in Lisbon's Alfama district, one of the oldest port houses established in 1692. You will be welcomed by passionate sommeliers who will teach you, through a tasting session, to differentiate the different notes and tastes that you will find in port wine.
You will taste two iconic port wines: Chip Dry Extra Dry White, a dry white port wine invented in the 1930s, and Late Bottled Vintage (LBV), a red port wine invented in the 1970s.
For your last glass, the sommelier will suggest a Tawny port which is 10 years old! You'll be amazed by the sweet, luscious flavours this wine has to offer.
Finally, you'll finish your tasting in style with a Pastel de Nata, Lisbon's local speciality (a custard-based tart).
