Learn more about the British monarchy with a visit to Windsor Castle and Buckingham Palace !
After joining your guide in the early morning, you'll first make your way to Windsor Castle, perched high above the River Thames. Encompassing over 900 years of royal history, nearly 40 monarchs have succeeded one another here. You'll have the opportunity to be among the first people to enter the castle in the morning, and can freely visit the state apartments and St. George's Chapel.
After lunch (not included), you'll join the residence of the British monarchy: the Buckingham Palace.
You can explore on your own the state rooms regularly used by the royal family for official entertainment, ceremonies and state receptions. Palace guides are on hand to point out the works of art in the halls. You can also stroll at your own pace along the south side of the royal garden and observe the lake.
This activity will end in the palace, so you can stay longer to explore it at your leisure.
