From the market to your plate! Before starting your workshop, you'll visit the souks to buy the ingredients needed to prepare the Tajine: Meat, vegetables, herbs, spices... the souks have all the fresh produce you'll need for cooking this dish. You'll be able to learn more about Morocco's culinary culture.
To prepare lunch, you'll head to a traditional riad in the Medina. During your hands-on cooking class, the chef will give you step-by-step instructions on how the locals prepare the perfect tagine. You'll learn about all the key ingredients and spices needed to make the tagine as authentic as possible. What better recipe to bring back from Marrakech?
Once prepared you can enjoy eating your carefully prepared dish and leave with this traditional Tajine recipe! A mint tea will be offered to round off the meal after which you'll be taken back to your starting point.
