Starting from your hotel in Nairobi, you'll set off on a comfortable ride to the Karura Forest. On site, you'll hike the many trails offered by the nature reserve.
You'll have the chance to explore waterfalls, caves and come across numerous plant species. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of nature, which flourishes just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of the capital. You will also see many species of local wildlife, including a variety of birds and primates. Your English-speaking guide will share all their stories about the fauna and flora of the region, and show you the most beautiful corners of the nature reserve.
You'll have the choice of surveying the 564-hectare forest on foot or by bike. Bicycles are available for hire, so you can take a leisurely stroll through the lush greenery. You can then enjoy the fresh air and the scenery, but also discover archaeological sites present in the forest, which are currently being excavated!
At the end of your tour, you will be taken back to your hotel in Nairobi.
