Enjoy an artistic escape to the heart of Normandy following in the footsteps of Claude Monet!
Departing from Paris, you will travel by air-conditioned coach to the peaceful village of Giverny, where the Impressionist painter lived and worked.
Accompanied by a multilingual guide, you will explore the charming pathways of the “Clos Normand”, where tulips, peonies and irises flourish in a perfectly maintained setting. You'll then discover the famous water garden, a major inspiration for Monet, with its Japanese bridge, floating water lilies and weeping willows.
Your visit will continue independently inside Monet’s house. You’ll walk through his colorfully decorated rooms, including the yellow dining room, the Rouen-tile kitchen and the recreated studio filled with Japanese prints.
Before heading back to Paris, you’ll have free time to browse the bookstore and gift shop housed in Monet’s former studio, perfect for finding a souvenir inspired by his world.
