Make the most of your stay in Western Australia by visiting the region’s must-visit site: the Pinnacles Desert! This tour is sure to be a total change of scene.
Prepare for a fascinating day out full of spectacular natural contrasts.
You will begin your excursion in the Swan Valley, located between Perth and the Pinnacles Desert. There, you can explore the region’s beaches, white sand dunes and crystalline waters. You will then have the chance to try your hand at sandboarding (a sport inspired by snowboarding). At Caversham National Park, you will have the chance to spot some of the country’s most iconic animals: the koala and the kangaroo.
You will then arrive at the spectacular Pinnacles Desert, located in the heart of Nambung National Park. This arid, vast and apparently lifeless region seems as though it is only inhabited by strange stalagmites sticking out from the sand.
Throughout your adventure through the Swan Valley and in the desert, you will be travelling by 4x4, the ideal mode of transport to explore this impressive environment. You will, of course, be provided commentary by your local guide and share a picnic in the coastal village of Cervantes.
