Starting from Puerto Madryn, you'll head for Peninsula Valdés, a protected natural area designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999. After about an hour's drive, you'll arrive at the picturesque ecological village of Puerto Pirámides. From here, you'll embark on a boat excursion dedicated to the observation of southern right whales, available between June and December. Outside this period, from December to March, the boat excursion will enable you to observe South American sea lions and cormorants.
After this maritime experience, you'll continue your exploration of the peninsula by visiting sites such as Punta Delgada, Punta Cantor and Caleta Valdés. Throughout the day, your guide will share fascinating information about the local wildlife and unique ecosystems of the region.
