Ready for a big jump?

You will leave Queenstown and head to the drop zone for a short training session before you take off. Once in the air, the planes doors will be opened ready for you to jump into the void and experience an incredible adrenaline rush!

You will conquer your fears by jumping out of this plane while strapped to an experienced parachute jumper! You will then freefall for around 60 seconds, as you speed towards the ground at 200 km/h (125mph)!

This tandem skydive takes place above one of the most beautiful landscapes in New Zealand: the lake and mountains in Queenstown! You will enjoy a unique view while experiencing something extraordinary!

After this magical trip, you will be driven back to the centre of Queenstown.

  • Available: every day (except in exceptional circumstances)
  • Duration: around 3 and a half hours
  • Time(s): every hour from 7am to 3pm
  • To take part in this activity simply present your voucher to the local tour operator
  • Your guide / skydiving instructor will speak in English
  • The plane flight will last around 15 minutes. After jumping, once the parachute is open, you will have 5 minutes of floating through the air to admire and appreciate the view
  • Reminder: this activity is only available to people weighing less than 100 kg (220 lbs)
  • When booking, you will be asked to choose from one of the following jumps:
    • 4600 metre jump (15,000 ft)
    • 3700 metre jump (12,000 ft)
