During the morning, cross the Plaine des Cafres and take in the views of the Rivière des Remparts. Continue on your way by passing by the Plaine des Sables, then pause at the Pas de Bellecombe where you can admire the views of the Piton de la Fournaise volcano. You will then reach the Bois Cours viewpoint which dominates the Entre-Deux valley.
Your bus will then take you to Saint Pierre where you will tuck into a Creole lunch.
In the afternoon, visit the museum, La Saga Du Rhum. This museum, located in the oldest family distillery of the island will introduce you to this La Réunion speciality. Set off again back to your hotel where you'll arrive late afternoon
