Book a private transfer from Galeão International Airport to your hotel in Rio for a comfortable journey.
Forget about waiting in line for a taxi and struggling on public transport with your luggage. Once you're through passport control, you will be greeted with your name on a sign. From here, you'll have nothing more to worry about as an English-speaking driver transports you directly to your Rio hotel.
A driver can also pick you up from your hotel at the end of your trip and drive you back to the airport; this return-journey service must be booked separately.

- To take part in this activity you will need to present your voucher to the service provider on the day
- Duration: 1 hour approx. (depending on traffic and the location of your hotel in Rio)
- Departure time: 24/7
- Meeting point: a driver will wait for you at the exit from customs holding a sign with your name
- Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- You will need to contact the service provider before you leave to confirm your transfer (number will be on your voucher)
No charges will be levied for cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of the activity (excluding special dates). After this, the following charges will be levied:
Between 7 and 4 days prior: 50% of the price
After this time and in case of a no-show: 100% of the price
Any reservation made for special dates cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.
