An assistant will meet you at our service provider's counter at Fiumicino airport and accompany you to your hotel.#39;to the minibus that will take you to your hotel in the center of Rome (depending on the location of your hotel), in complete peace and quiet.

  • This transfer is valid for one trip from Fiumicino airport to hotels located in the center of Rome (inside the Aurelian Wall, Prati district and EUR)
  • The shuttle covers all hotels located in the green zone on the map. For hotels located in pedestrian areas or in narrow streets where no vehicle can access (e.g. Vicolo del Babbuccio where Hotel Trevi is located), the minibus will drop you off on the main road (a few steps from the hotels)
  • The driver is likely to wait 30 minutes(maximum) after your arrival time at the airport terminal, so that all passengers scheduled for this shared transfer can present themselves to him, barring exceptions
  • In the event of excess luggage, a supplement may be charged on the spot to the service provider
  • Other passengers are likely to share this shuttle
  • Multiple stops are planned along the way depending on the drop-off points of the other passengers, which is likely to lengthen the journey time (3 stops maximum)
  • The maximum capacity of the shuttle is 8 passengers
  • In the event of flight delays and/or changes, the supplier will make every effort to place you on the first available shuttle, at no extra charge, for arrivals before 7:00 pm on the same day (which is likely to lengthen waiting time at the airport)
