Explore the incredible Valley of the Temples in Agrigento and enjoy a swim on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily: the Scala dei Turchi!

You'll be picked up from your hotel in Catania and set off towards the island's southern coast. Your first stop will be the famous Valley of the Temples,a classified UNESCO World Heritage Site. The remains of the ancient Greek city of Akragas are on a headland that overlooks the city of Agrigento.  During your tour you can explore the remains of several temples, including the famous Concordia, one of the best-preserved Greek temples in the world. You'll also visit temples dedicated to Greek gods and goddesses including Athena, Hercules and Juno. 

Once done, you can take a well-earned rest. A typical Sicilian snack will be served alongside a glass of wine from the Etna vineyards. 

Afterwards, you'll head off to Scala dei Turchi, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. It's a dazzlingly white rock formation that sits just above sea level. You can enjoy a dip in its turquoise waters while enjoying the view of the surroundings.

At the end of the day, after your refreshing swim, you'll be taken back to your hotel.
