Give your eyes a feast with the immersive and interactive installations at teamLab Planets in Tokyo!

teamLab is an artists' collective founded in 2001 in Japan by Toshiyuki Inoko. This extraordinary attraction uses light and sensory installations that plunge you into a state of contemplation and wonder.

Halfway between dream and reality, each room is designed to create a singular ambience designed to stimulate the mind and senses through spectacular landscapes.

The teamLab Planets TOKYO museum is made up of four large immersive exhibition spaces, as well as two digital gardens, dotted with flowers from floor to ceiling, allowing your body to merge with the artistic environment that surrounds you. 

Awaken your senses during the visit thanks to incredible stimuli: you'll complete the tour barefoot as the floors of some installations are covered in water, and each space has its own sound and light effects.

An unprecedented and immersive art experience awaits if you visit teamLab Planets in Tokyo. A must-do experience!

  • Duration: self-guided tour (approx. 2 hours)
  • Time: 9am to 10pm - last entry is 1 hour before the museum closes
    Please choose a time slot when booking - the exact time will be shown on your voucher

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your visit
  • Dated ticket, ONLY valid for the date and time booked - your ticket is non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • Entrance is free for children under 3
  • Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult
  • If you choose the "child" rate (aged 13 to 17), proof of identity (student card) will be required
  • Admission may be delayed if there are high visitor numbers (allow between 30 and 90 minutes waiting time)
  • Some rooms may be closed for renovation during your visit. We recommend you check the museum's website
  • Some rooms have mirrors on the floor, so we recommend you don't wear skirts/dresses or loose, open clothing
  • As the visit is done barefoot, you'll be asked to remove your shoes and socks and store them in the lockers provided
  • As part of this immersive visit, water levels can reach knee-height (adult height), so remember to wear trousers you can roll up or bring a change of clothes
  • Reduced mobility wheelchair users are welcome - there's a specially adapted visit and the museum will loan visitors a wheelchair. Please note that the number of wheelchairs available is limited
  • The showrooms are enclosed spaces that can be dark or very bright. We therefore advise you to be careful if you are prone to fainting or epilepsy fits due to changing lights or don't like dark, enclosed spaces
