Water Taxi Transfer: Marco Polo Airport → Your Hotel in Venice

Please note: this service is available for flights arriving between 7am and 9:30pm only

• Availability: every day (excluding exceptional dates)
• Duration: 8:30am to 10pm
• Duration: 1 hour approx.
• Departure: Marco Polo Airport arrival hall
• The water taxi will drop you off at the nearest stop to your hotel. You will then make your own way from the taxi stop to your hotel

Luggage information:

• Each passenger may carry 1 medium-sized piece of luggage + 1 piece of hand luggage
• Any extra luggage will be subject to a supplement fee, payable on the day to the driver (see "Luggage" document for details)

Transfer information:

• Client must show-up at the desk n°69 in the arrivals hall, at the left side of the exit and hand over their voucher
• This shared shuttle transfer is available for arrivals between 7:30am and 9:10pm only (the last shuttle departs at 10pm)
• If you arrive at the transfer desk after 10pm, no transport or refunds will be offerered
• Important: in order to determine the best stop at which to drop you off, please prepare a map showing the location of your hotel to give to the taxi driver

• This transfer is available for hotels in central Venice only. The service is not available for private addresses
• The water taxi is not private; the transfer will be shared with other customers and your hotel may be one of several drop-off points
• The duration of the journey may vary depending on the traffic
• This service is not accessible for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility
• Clients are required to show up at the foreseen meeting point 10 minutes before the departure
• A waiting time of 20 to 40 minutes may be required between your arrival at the airport and the departure of the transfer
• The itinerary is subject to change (transfer may be by bus) in extremely bad weather and traffic conditions (notably from May to November, during events such as the Regata for example). If your transfer is modified, you will be contacted by the service provider (in exceptional circumstances, the service could be forced to drop passengers at Piazzale Roma bus station. From Piazzale Roma you have to reach the hotel by yourself.
